The Wagz Freedom is currently available at wagz.com as well as select online retailers.
What is included in the box with my new Freedom Collar?
The box comes complete with one Wagz Freedom Smart Dog Collar, two removable, rechargeable batteries, one micro USB cable for charging the batteries, one battery charger, a convenient Quick Start Guide and support card insert. Please note: the Freedom Collar attaches to your dog’s collar. A collar/strap is not included with the Freedom Collar.
Am I able to purchase additional batteries and other accessories?
Yes, you can purchase additional batteries, chargers, and charging cables by emailing Customer Care at support@wagz.com.
Can I use my Freedom Collar outside the US?
Right now, the Freedom Collar is best used within the 48 contiguous United States. Please be sure to check cellular coverage in your area here. We plan to expand to other countries in the future.

The Freedom Collar is designed and engineered in Portsmouth, NH (USA) and manufactured in Mexico.
