Simply download the Wagz App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. From there, you’ll be directed to set up an account, choose a subscription plan, and onboard your Wagz Freedom Collar.

Can I use the locate feature on the web browser when signed into my account?
At this time, the locate feature is only available through the Wagz App. You cannot use the locate feature through the setup.wagz.com website.
