A: The Explore Smart Collar works on T-Mobile and partner carriers only.
Q: Can I use this collar even if my carrier isn’t T-Mobile?
A: It does not matter what carrier you use for your own personal device. The Explore Smart Collar has its own SIM card, similar to your phone. So long as you have T-Mobile coverage in your area, you will be able to use our collar even if you have a different carrier.
